WPCCA September Meeting

WPCCA will be meeting on Thursday, September 19th at the GMU Potomac Science Center. On the agenda are two presentations:

1. Walsh Colucci will be presenting on a proposed Gordon Plaza redevelopment that would bring Home Depot to the site, replacing the shopping center currently occupied by Regency Furniture, Aldi, the Salvation Army, and Better Appliance.
2. Compton & Duling will be presenting on the proposed development of long-vacant land on Annapolis Way (at Destination Place) into new housing units, near the Viridium Apartments.
